Sheryl Lazarus, Ph.D., is the director of the National Center on Educational Outcomes (NCEO) and a member of the TIES Center staff. She conducts research and provides technical assistance on educational change processes that will support and sustain the inclusion of all students in inclusive learning settings. She seeks to address the complex and interrelated root causes that contribute to barriers to inclusion and works to build consensus and capacity among practitioners and policymakers. Dr. Lazarus has published extensively, including more than 200 articles and reports on topics related to the instruction and assessment of students with disabilities, English learners, and English learners with disabilities.
